Lu Plaza: The Group's Key Investment Property
Lu Plaza is nestled along the picturesque East Kowloon harbor front, also known as the CBD2 of Hong Kong. It offers a remarkably breathtaking 270° view of the iconic Victoria Harbour. With a total gross floor area of approximately 430,000 square feet, this extraordinary space combines modern office facilities, retail outlets, and a business center and an event space called "The LU+".
Safety Logistics: Warehouse and Logistics Operations
The Group operates warehouse and logistics facility under the name Safety Logistics Services Limited ("Safety Logistics"). Our facility has a total gross floor area of 420,000 square feet and a maximum designed capacity of 20,000 CBM. Strategically located in the heart of Hong Kong's logistics center, Kwai Chung. Part of the property is used for logistics operation, and the remaining area is leased to third parties. Equipped with digitized systems and designated docks for efficient loading and unloading, our facility is perfectly situated within 15 minutes from Kwai Tsing Container Terminals and offers convenient access to the airport and other business locations. Safety Logistics is ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) certified, which signifies that our service quality has reached international standards.
MyStorey: Mini-storage
The Group operates a small-scale mini-storage facility under the brand name "MyStorey" which aims to provide an extended offering to clients. The facility is located in Kwai Chung, adjacent to Safety Logistics.
